FAQ

Will our relationship make it?

I hold hope for you while you work to find answers. Your relationship holds meaning to you, or you wouldn’t be here. Some people are able to heal together and get on the same page. Some people are not. My role is to help you find your way and support you along the way.

What will working with you be like?

In our work together, I will emphasize your ability to communicate with each other, build trust, and feel supported by each other. Those are core components to healthy relationships. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. Additionally, I draw from Family Systems theory, Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method in my relationship work.

Session 1: In your Welcome session, we will all meet together so I can learn more about your relationship and the concerns you would like addressed.

Sessions 2-3: I will meet with each person individually to learn more about your personal history and the concerns you have for your relationship. We bring our past into our love life and this context can help me help you.

Session 4+: We will all meet together to work on the concerns that bring you to therapy.

How much does couples therapy/relationship therapy cost?

Relationship therapy sessions are charged $250 each.
